Let’s begin with a bare minimum: Being naked at your own property should be always allowed, this includes your apartment, house but also garden. And it should be independent if you are visible from outside or not.
Also being naked with beyond certain distance from any settlement should be allowed. By avoiding people to do this, I implicitly express that I do not intend any harm. So a law against that is ridiculous.
I would go farther, Anna, and say that we should have the right to be nude on public property–parks, roads, etc. After all, we pay taxes and have just as much of a right to be there as anyone else.
Also, legal protection against harassment and discrimination should be ensured.
I feel that all nudity should be protected. Issues such a gender, race, belief, sexuality and appearance should not come into it.
In my experience in England I have met with more hostility as a single male than when I am part of a couple. It seems fewer people fear a naked woman compared to a naked man! YMMV.

All nudists male or female should have the same rights.

Yes, but it might be dangerous for women, gays, trans, minorities? Should there be special protections for us?
